All products are in stock unless otherwise stated. Some products are made especially for you, then delivery may take a little longer.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours, also within Europe. Depending on the carrier, the delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days. Outside Europe, deliveries are usually made within 5 to 14 working days. We only ship with PostNL. If you have not received anything within 5 working days, please email us. During the holidays, expect a longer delivery time than you are used to. Read here when you can order at the latest to receive your gift on time.

Oh what a shame that you want to return a piece of jewelry. But no problem if you want to return something, then the procedure is as follows:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Jaylaa Jewelry. To use this right, you can contact us via info@jaylaa.nl.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

Your money will be refunded to the same account you used to pay for your order. It may take 3-8 business days to refund the money in the same way as it was paid.
It doesn't matter where you live, at Jaylaa we ship our jewelry with PostNL domestically and internationally.
When delivered by PostNL, the delivery conditions of PostNL apply. The items are carefully packed (bubble envelope/box) for transport and Jaylaa cannot be held liable for the errors of the deliverer.
Once you have received your order, you should check the contents for damage/imperfections. If this is the case, the buyer should immediately contact Jaylaa by sending an email to info@jaylaa.nl.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of your payment(NL)
When ordering custom jewelry, the delivery time is approximately 7 working days. Jaylaa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the delivery in the event of force majeure. The order is carefully packed for shipping, which minimizes the chance of damage.
What to do if my package is damaged?
If something happened to your package during shipping and the product is broken or damaged, please send us an email to info@jaylaa.nl, preferably with a photo of the damage, and we will solve it for you immediately.
Incorrect or half-filled addresses are at your own expense and we are not liable for delays, loss and damage caused by PostNL.
Payment can be made using iDeal (secure online payment in your own trusted banking environment), credit card (MasterCard or Visa), PayPal or a gift voucher.
Warranty:
At Jaylaa we care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Jaylaa has a warranty period of 3 months after the date of purchase. Each situation is assessed by our team. Send an email to info@jaylaa.nl with a photo and complaint and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Complaints:
We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@@jaylaa.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur . It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
